What Vaela provides

Vaela provides color and style inspiration based on images and preferences you choose to share. Output is informational and for personal styling inspiration only.

Vaela is not a medical, dermatological, psychological, legal, financial, or professional styling service. Do not rely on Vaela for diagnosis, treatment, employment decisions, or any high-risk decision.

Style inspiration disclaimer

Recommendations are generated from color analysis, preferences, wardrobe data, and optional AI explanations. Results may be incomplete, subjective, or unsuitable for your exact context. You are responsible for how you use the guidance.

Vaela does not guarantee that any outfit, color, or product direction will fit, flatter, or be available for purchase.

Your content

You retain ownership of images and content you upload. You grant Vaela a limited license to host, process, analyze, and display that content only as needed to operate the service, improve reliability, and provide features you request.

You represent that you have the right to upload the content you provide and that your uploads do not violate another person's rights or applicable law.

Do not upload unlawful, abusive, explicit, or sensitive content you do not want processed for product features.

Acceptable use

• Use Vaela only for lawful personal styling inspiration.
• Do not attempt to scrape, reverse engineer, or misuse the service or third-party data sources.
• Do not upload content depicting people without their permission when required.
• Do not interfere with security, rate limits, or other users' access.

Accounts and sessions

You are responsible for maintaining access to your device and session. If you use optional sign-in features, keep your credentials secure and notify us of unauthorized access.

Commerce and affiliate links

Some features may show category-level affiliate links with visible disclosure. Vaela may receive compensation if you tap those links. Commerce does not change deterministic recommendation ranking.

AI-generated explanations

Some guidance may include AI-generated text. AI output can be inaccurate or incomplete. Deterministic color and wardrobe logic remains the source of ranked recommendations.

Termination and deletion

You may stop using Vaela at any time. Where available, you may delete your profile and associated data through in-product controls. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms or to protect the service.

Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" to the fullest extent permitted by law. We disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vaela and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data arising from your use of the service.

Changes

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
