3. User Responsibilities

Upload only photos of yourself or photos you have permission to use
Not upload illegal, offensive, or inappropriate content
Not attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or disrupt the Service
Not use automated tools to access the Service excessively

Your content: You retain ownership of photos you upload. By uploading, you grant YouHue a temporary license to process the image solely for generating recommendations. This license ends when processing completes (typically under 1 second).

Our content: The YouHue name, logo, algorithms, and interface are owned by YouHue. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our intellectual property without permission.

5. Third-Party Links

YouHue contains links to third-party retailers (e.g., MAC Cosmetics). We are not responsible for the content, products, or practices of these external sites. Purchases are made directly with retailers under their terms.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

That recommendations will be perfect for your needs
Uninterrupted or error-free service
That products will be available at linked retailers
